This A Grade office refurbishment and fit out involved a total refresh of the façade, an upgrade of services, the modernisation of the building's interior and a complete office fit-out for the existing tenants, ANZ Bank and the Australian Defence Force.  Works were completed in 2015.

The Hillside development comprised three stages.  The first stage was an extensive refurbishment of prestigious, heritage listed buildings. The second and third stages added two new purpose built wings to the complex, including terraces, common areas and a Café.  Design and detail of these modern residences ensured seamless blending with the yesteryear character of the facility.
